Overview
About Me
Hey! I’m Ebrar, a Turkish girl currently living in Göttingen, Germany. I’m doing my Master’s in Mathematics (but don’t worry — I promise I’m more fun than that sounds 🤓). Besides studying, I work part-time, explore cities, attend concerts, and try to live life to the fullest.
I love deep conversations, spontaneous adventures, hidden local gems, and stories that stay with you. I’m also very into video creation — I film and share my experiences on YouTube and TikTok!
I’ve lived abroad for over 7 years, so I understand how it feels to be in a new place, meeting new people and cultures. Hosting or surfing is more than just a bed — it’s about connection, sharing, and kindness 💛
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I truly believe that exploring a place through local people is so much better than checking off tourist spots. Some of my best travel memories came from Couchsurfing: sitting in someone’s kitchen, getting lost in a city together, or having deep talks with strangers who felt like old friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m a big fan of PC Cast novels and anything related to Greek mythology or history.
Also, I love Harry Potter — I’ve watched all the movies (but still haven’t read the books 😅)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Seeing Niagara was amazing but traveling solo across multiple countries and growing through it all might be the most unforgettable.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, laughs, my experiences from living abroad, and if I have time; a homemade Turkish meal or coffee! ☕🇹🇷
