COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly surfing - but it has been absolutely wonderful so far. Met all sorts of crazy, life-loving people and many of those I'm proud to call my friends.

Too many to list - this week I've watched The Dead Man, Reservoir Dogs, Taxi Driver, The Hunt and American Hustle, last 5 (great) concerts I've been to were Anna Calvi, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Leonard Cohen, The National, Arctic Monkeys.

I've seen some really stunning places - my favorites would be Pukaki, Tekapo, Caitlins, Tongariro, Dunedin, Wanaka, Arrowtown (all NZ), Flinders Ranges, Melbourne, Pinnacles, The Blue Mountains, Cape Le Grand (Australia), Yosemite, Bryce, Yellowstone, Olympic, Redwood national or state parks (USA), Canadian Rockies, Scottish Highlands, Finnish countryside, Amsterdam, Prague, Firenze, Sienna, Vrsar, Dubrovnik. And Ljubljana. It really is quite pretty.

Would love to learn French, Suomi, Gaelic, any Scandinavian language, Quenya and it'd be great to improve my Bosnian. What I can teach - well, technically, I'm a ski instructor, so if you're not that sure how to stop those damn skis, I can help out.
