It started many years ago when I wanted to give my kids world experience while I did not have the ability to travel much. The stories we exchange and the spirit of philoxenia have grown on me. After some years in Norway, I am ready to welcome others to our very humble couch in Fredrikstad. I feel it is an enriching experience for hosts and guests alike.

I enjoy most music, but if I can dance to it, then it's even better. I love reading fiction and education related non-fiction, I particularly enjoy movies with Hugh Jackman and Johnny Depp in them.

Raising children is unsurpassed by anything I've seen or done. But I also moved my life from Panamá to Norway with a two week notice, two kids, and three bags.

I am a trained dancer, actor, and singer and will offer a coaching session if you want to explore your artistic side. We can also just have fun with karaoke or dancing anywhere (living room will do). I enjoy making new dishes and spending some time in the kitchen with a glass of wine. A good walk in nature or the city or coffee are my favorite ways to connect.

My family is very happy, open, and loving. We enjoy sharing a good conversation and preparing meals (well, I do the meal part, my daughter likes baking).
