I'm a food product and process developer. Yeah the boring nerd stuff. I don't usually go out from my room or office because I think my world with ingredients, packaging and processes are awesome.

If I'm going to Manila, Makati or QC, I make sure I explore different restaurants serving cheeses and evaluate their product and do a problem inventory analysis.Yeah I'm a weirdo. I love to solve problems. I love to search for questions. I adore coming up with solutions. Meh. I'm just being me.

I'm not a traveler, but I am a foodie. If you're in town, maybe, just maybe, if I'm okay to hangout, we can go for a food tripping and I can bring you to some of the best restaurants given your budget or me joining you to explore restaurants or hubs serving good food.
