Overview
About Me
About me! I'm a little bit lazy, I think that writing about myself is a little bit funny... what can I say? I'm nice but sometimes I can be "grumpy" (above all if you talk me a lot in the early morning ;-) )... then, I think to be friendly, kind and generous. And I am very open-minded, too!
I think it is more honest to talk about flaws, too! So, I am stubborn, perfectionist... I hate people that don't respect others, and people who eat with the mouth wide-open :-D
Anyway, every person is a "universe", made by light and shadows...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I like sharing experiences and because I agree with the "no money exchange" philosophy. For me, the exchange without the "money dinamic" is the most genuine. In fact, for exemple, I am taking some english lessons (to practice it); in exchange, I give italian lessons to my teacher, instead of money :-)
Please, dear couchsurfers, when you ask to stay in my house, I always take a look on your profile: like I did, I would like to know a little bit about you, see who you are, what you do... I don't ask a veeeery long description, but just a little bit, some photos... So, I won't answer to people that have no photos, or that write to me without looking at my profile (good God, I could be a serial killer, write it on my profile and you don't see it!!!!!!!! :-) ) Thank you very much.

Teach, Learn, Share
Comparison is a disease, one of the greatest diseases. We are taught from the very beginning to compare. Your mother starts comparing you with other children. Your father compares. The teacher says, “Look at Johnny, how well he is doing, and you are not doing good at all!”
From the very beginning you are being told to compare yourself with others. This is the greatest disease; it is like a cancer that goes on destroying your very soul. Each individual is unique, and comparison is not possible.
I am just myself and you are just yourself.
There is nobody else in the world to be compared with. Do you compare a marigold with a roseflower? You don’t compare. Do you compare a mango with an apple? You don’t compare. You know they are different - comparison is not possible. [...] Each man is unique. There has never been any individual like you before and there will never be again. You are utterly unique. This is your privilege, your prerogative, life’s blessing - that it has made you unique.
