Life is present, a constant state of here and now. You may be comfortable with and aware of who you are currently, but what about a year from now? A month from now? Tomorrow? Ten minutes from now? Decide to live in total peace with your current state of being, because it's all you have, isn't it? Be kind to all you meet and receive kindness from this existence.
