Hei! I am a Latvian girl living in Oslo. I am passionate about environment and outdoor activities, storytelling, reading books and explore new places. I love contrasts and dynamics. With that attitude I easily adapt and enjoy any settings: from a hectic urban life to tranquillity of Nature, from a comfortable bed to a sleeping bag under the open sky.

I had travelled and lived in 8 countries and have an endlessly curious mind to explore new cultures. I am a keen learner of new perspectives how others see or experience the world. I love to listen stories, especially travel adventures or autobiographical memories. In own unique ways these stories and people inspired and shaped also my life and me.

I am new to couch-surfing, but had been loyal to hospitalityclub.org for more than 10 years ! :) I would be happy to meet community of couchsurfers, am excited to meet you and share great time in your city!

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I like to meet new people in a new place - and couchsurfing offers it both! and I absolutely support the idea of welcoming spirit rather than paying for hotels. I had hosted myself many people from various countries, who became my friends, and I feel very lucky and appreciate all the moments we shared! I look now for more adventure :) and this seems like a right place!

Hayao Miyazaki animations are cool, as well I enjoy funny Bollywood movies like The three idiots or Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. I enjoy all movies with Louise de Funes and some great classic movies like What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Les Choristes, Leon the Killer among other stay on my top for many years

Watched a cool Bollywood movie in the local cinema in India clapping hands and dancing on my seat together with the local folks while watching the film:) Was truly great and culturally connecting experience!
