Irina. Recently moved to Milan for a Master’s in marketing while continuing to work in B2B marketing. Before Europe, several years were spent in Asia — around five years in Bali, time in China, and a few months in Korea. Asia still feels close, but it was time for a new chapter, so now Europe is being explored step by step.

Travel is less about ticking off sights and more about understanding how a place actually lives. Different cultures, everyday details and especially food are always interesting — unusual local dishes, small neighbourhood spots, and the atmosphere of a city beyond tourist routes.

A fairly versatile personality: equally comfortable at a tea ceremony or a noisy wine-and-beer night, on a tennis court or at a workout, reading a book or watching Netflix. Both introvert and extrovert depending on the day, and perfectly fine not choosing just one side. In general — for good experiences, honesty, openness and being real.

Always open to meeting new people along the way and seeing where a place takes me.
