I used to do couch surfing some years ago, had very nice experiences and would love to try it again! I love travelling, discovering new cultures and new people.

I work for a progressive flemish publishing house that publishes non-fiction books, and besides that I am active in politics (behind the scenes), before I worked in the area of development cooperation. I love music, especially when it sounds exotic and/or funky, other cultures and travelling of course.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Hard to chose... Entering a gold mine in Guatemala in a kind of clandestine way, hiking in the impressive Simien mountains of Ethiopia, visiting the Uyuni salt flats of Bolivia, scuba diving in the Carribean sea, doing a safari in Botswana, participating in a world festival of democratic youth in South Africa, or just sitting around a camp fire with some good friends and talking about the universe.
