ABOUT ME

We embrace culture and appreciate the people that share the same filosophy. We are open-minded and we want to believe that 'home' isn't location based. Home in our opinion lies in our love for each other and with people we feel comfortable with. We are social tigers in the wild and want to 'consume' and tell stories. We've traveled to India, Thailand, Laos, the USA, Canada, Peru, Boliva, Paraguay, Brazil, South Africa and Europe. We're ready for Our trip in Colombia. We live in Amsterdam in a cosy apartment in the city centre. The city is amazing as it is a melting pot of cultures. We love it. We are out going, like to get (a) drink/drunk with friends, chill, explore, read, watch movies and cook together. We love living.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We hope to share new ideas and perceptions, explore and taste new things. We would like to couchsurf to go beyond the normal tourist routes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Iris has couch surfed once before in Bologna, with a friend. She stayed with a very sweet, polite, nice guy who took us out for the best pizza in town. Together we have couchsurfed in Sao Paolo And Rio. Very good experience!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In india we helped a school by providing them with a waterfilter system and books. We raised funds in Holland, got in touch with the organization of this school and wanted to help them. The experience with these children was amazing. To see that we could make such an impact was inspiring.
