Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I don't have my own place, I didn't host a lot of people for the moment
I host people when I'm home, in my parent's place.
Also as I live in a small village I don't receive a lot of couchrequests ( a pity for you guys :D)
So for the moment in all my travels, I try to do couchsurfing and as people told me in India : " We
are travelling when you're coming to our place, as we can't go so far, it's through you that we are travelling, with your stories, your accent, your habits ect ect... "
Couchsurfing is great for Hosting and Surfing !
Hope to host more and more in the future !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best to be with locals ! Really inside the country with them ! Best plans, best advises to look around a place ! I just love all my CS experience ! Now I hope to host people because it's nice to have hosts but it's also cool to have surfers !!!!

To have an idea about what I like, it's quite hard to say because in my opinion there are a lot of good movies, bands, books :)
- Movies : Everything is illuminated, slumdog millionaire, American history X, Into the wild, Inglorious basterds,Babel, Lagaan, This is England, Paradise now, I like Ken Loach movies also...
- TV Shows : Breaking Bad, Malcolm, South Park, The Simpsons, The big bang theory...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Euh...
Scuba diving 30 meters deep in the Red sea in Israel, Jordan and Egypt,
Via ferrata and canoening by night in France,
Sleeping in the desert in Jordan and Morroco
hikking in the Himalayas in India or the volcanos in Guatemala
Helping in the construction of a superadobe in Mexico
The tour of the mont blanc by myself with my tent
hitchiking-boat without any experience on sailing and cross the atlantic ocean in a catamaran
Te Araroa trail, walking the length of New Zealand from North to South, 3000km during 4/5 months.

I can share my small experience in travelling, show you around where I live
I can teach you few words in hebrew,spanish or french !
I don't know really but we will find something :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good question ? I guess we can have good fun ! I can cook something...
