About Me

I love cooking and instead of going to culinary school in order to learn how to cook i decided to travel.

In April 2015 I started a round the world trip that is taking me to every continent except Antarctica to learn how to cook the world's cuisine.

I take one cooking class and/or cook with a local in their home/restaurant. If I stay with you expect at least one home cooked meal!

I am a nerd at heart and love learning new things and testing out stuff. It's also why I plan on opening a healthy (don't worry there will still be cake) cooking school when I return home...eventually.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore the world as a local as much as is possible and CS is a great community to do that with. A city/country is always more interesting through the eyes of someone who lives there.
