Too, too many, but I'll try. Graeful Dead, Zappa, Tom Waits, Miles, Mingus, Coltrane, Art Blakey, Eric Dolphy, Lee Morgan, CAN, Phish, The Beatles and a few other select "classic rock" bands. Jazz in general be it hard bop. fusion, free, etc..; Favorite films are mostly from the 70's before it all became about explosions and boffo box-office but I do like anything by Wes Andersen, The Big Lebowski, Fear and Loathing, Tarantino, Terry Gilliam, etc. Currently in a non-fiction mood but I love reading Pynchon, Vonnegut, Tom Robbins, the Beats, really anything this side of weird.
