ABOUT ME

Jérôme (23) is the calm type and likes to observe a situation before he gets himself into it. As soon as he feels comfortable, he loves to philosophise about...
Rahel (32) is head on, very present and loves to talk and laugh about anything with anybody.
We love to hitchhike around. It's not only cheap but also the best way to get to know different kinds of people. We really hope to do a several years lasting world trip as soon as Jerome has finished his studies.

Do what you want and when you want as long as nobody else gets harmed.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment we're three people in a small flat and we unfortunately have no space. But we would love to show people around Berne. There are a lot of places you wouldn't just walk into, but which you have to see.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Jerome met several couchsurfers on his northern europe trip, all have been different to each other and it was always an interesting experience to get to a new place. You never know how it comes but you realize fast that there isnt't any bad place to stay as long as the people are welcomming you.
He hosted only two surfers yet but I look forward to host more.
In Norway we stayed at a lovely family's place in øystese and it was a very good time.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

While hitch-hiking in Norway we got picked up by a south american who spoke bernese german and invited us for fresh-from-the-sea sushi with salmon, scallops and mackarel.

Jerome is still amazed by the hot chocolate he once drank in italy. Sometimes I meet people who have the same thoughts or are experiencing something similar to what I do at the moment. That's destiny for me and also a reason to be a part of couchsurfing.
Rahel: Buying a bus and traveling through New Zealand and Australia; having my home always with me.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

We can teach and participate with all kinds of hand craft. We can tell a bit but still want to learn a lot about the consumption and the problematics behind it.
