G’day Couchsurfers!
I’m an Australian/Kiwi who grew up in Sydney. I’m 24 and worked for a year since graduating from studying Philosophy and History, then quit to travel the Middle East last December. I’ve been travelling ever since! So far this year, I’ve travelled through Israel, the West Bank, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Italy and France, hitchhiking a fair amount of it. I’ve met a lot of incredible people along the way, and I’m hoping you’ll be a feature in the next part of the story!

I’ve got a few goals for this year, including learning French to a reasonable standard. If anyone wants some mutual language practice please let me know! I’m new to the CS community, so looking forward to branching out a bit and meeting people from around the world at different stages of life :) I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the Hangouts function, though!

I love writing and photography. Though I’m an amateur at both, I’m trying to develop the craft of both of them. If you’ve got an interest in either or both of those, and/or beer, we’ll be best friends by the end of this sentence.

The world is huge and I have so much to learn. I hope I can learn at least one new fact, word, story or recipe from everyone I meet :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I’m travelling for a year without much of a plan other than to learn as much about life from different people as I can. I want to hear your stories! And I want to be able to count to 10 in as many languages as possible. I’m looking to meet both locals and other travellers and more learn new words. Eventually I want to have at least one friend in every country!
