Right now my mission was to bring a young talented Tongan to the Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver

ABOUT ME

Well, what can I say?! I think I'm a person you can have a lot of emotional moments with. I'm not necessarily a party people but I enjoy the company of interesting fellows. I would prefer a "calm" night with a nice glas of wine, talking, listening to music, just enjoying the moment of life I'm in right now than going to a disco or a bar. But still I'm not boring, I like sports, good music, books, dancing... a lot of stuff but most comes with the situation.
I'm trustworthy and helping and I would do everything for the people I love. But sometimes I really need people to catch me when I fall because I'm a really emotional person.

PHILOSOPHY

To achieve the Great you have to do the first tiny little step - but unfortunately you need to be really really brave to do it. Go for it girl!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer a bed, a warm place to stay but even more I can offer my ears and mouth for talking, my arms for hugging and comfort if needed and my experience for helping to have a fun and interesting time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far no CS experiences other than a lot of friends and family on my couch who wanted company, fun or needed help.

Books: "La sombra del viento" (The Shadow of the Wind) by Carlso Ruiz Zafón, "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult, easy stuff by Susan Elizabeth Phillips...

Music: U2, Jack Johnson, any Coffee House Music, Herbert Grönemeyer (THE German musician), Alanis Morissette, Great Big Sea, Sarah McLachlan, Bon Iver, William Fitzsimmons, Yellow Umbrella... should I go on?! I'm very open minded concerning music. Every time searching for new good stuff...

Movies and other TV stuff: very much like Grey's Anatomy, enjoy movies with Robin Williams - "Death Poet's Society" for example, also like Tom Hanks "Philadelphia", "The Grand Torino" was a great movie, also "Water" by Deepa Metha very touching, enjoyed "Walk the Line"... well also here very wide spread...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Currently the most amazing thing I've ssen was my athlete form the South Pacific who came into the snow and ice and amazed everybody by his extraordinary talent. When he sucessfully finished his first international competition, you could see me, the coach, with tears in my eyes! How unbelievable!
