Music, Movies, and Books
I'm mad about Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder, Sam Smith, Adele, MPB, movie soundtracks, The Cure and musicals. Beside that, I'm really into folk, traditional music from around the world; it amazes me everytime how much can you really learn from different harmonies, rhythms, lyrics (i mean... When you get to understand them!). I owe Spotify and Yotube so much!
Mona Lisa Smile, Into the Wild, Blues Brothers, August Rush and Big Fish. Book-related, I'm eternally in love with Cornelia Funke's "Inkheart" and Phillip Pullman's "Northern Lights". And, occasionally, with Homer's "Odissey", for I'm stilla Languages student.
Also, I love to play guitar and ukulele. All the time! I am surely taking my ukulele with me on my trip and will love to play with my host :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can gladly contribute with the house cooking and organization! I've been cooking since I was a kid and I really enjoy orchestrating new recepies - but I won't lie: noodles with zucchinni and lemon pie are my strong dishes!
Apart from that, I was raised in a very complete atmosphere: I'll be happy to help the host with almost any house task.
As a portuguese-english teacher, I can also help the hosters with some portuguese :)
