Hi! Hmm what to say? I love travelling and meeting people from all over the world. I guess if you are reading this you love those things too :P Currently I am doing my PhD in Oxford, England but I have taken 3 months off to live in Switzerland doing an internship. I am excited to meet as many people as I can while I'm here and share this experience with them.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I was 19 I took a flight to South America and spent 8 months backpacking around on my own. Since then whenever I can I go travelling. Doing erasmus in Spain (hablo espanol y me encantaria praticar lo) I had an incredible time and really enjoyed the international community. I also did some couchsurfing and hosted some people with my flat mate too. I love this community and the concept of people revealing their city to strangers.

I love travel and discovering different peoples' cultures by meeting them. I am very interested in global health and using science to help people. I also love hiking and seeing the outdoors. Meeting new people, drinking and socialising :P

音乐、电影和书籍

This is hard because I really love all music! When I was in South America I tried some salsa and loved the whole latin vibe. But I really enjoy most kinds of live music and going to music festivals.

I love reading and my favourite author is George Orwell...favourite book of his would be a tough decision between Homage to Catalonia and Down and out in Paris and London.... In general I love dystopian fiction - Brave New World is definitely another favourite...

I speak english and good spanish, plus some portuguese and french (I have tried learning arabic but it is very hard!!). I would love to help with languages. I also love to chat and hang out.
