About Me
I'm currently finishing my graduation in economics and working with research for labour unions in Brazil.
I'm very calm, easy-going and open minded person. I'm quiet when it's needed, but love to talk about basically everything. I don't need much to be happy: being around nice people, having nice conversations and now and then having some time to myself will do the trick ;)
When I'm home, I usually spend time with my family, with friends at bars and now and then hang out doing some music at some friend's place. I'm also interested in politics and try to be politically active in my country.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy meeting people from different places and exchange life experiences and world views. Sometimes I'm bit shy but I'm looking to challenge myself with new experiences that help me overcome that! Travelling, speaking new languages and meeting new people has been great for me to learn more about the world and at the same time evolving myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed two times the last time I was in Europe, already a while ago (2013). The first time I was with a friend in Cologne and it was great: the host was amazing, talkative and relaxed, really willing to show us around. The second time I went to Stettin/Poland alone - which was a big deal for me at the time! -, stayed with a lovely couple who took me canoeing and partying with their friends.
Interests
Nice talks with nice people, specially if we have glasses in our hands is pretty much what I enjoy doing the most.
I find cultural differences and human rights always good topics, but I am interested in (almost) everything! (: Besides that, I love learning new languages, knowing other cultures and everything that has to do with art/music - I've played the guitar for several years and the piano for a couple years now, but, as I'm not at home, I almost haven't had the chance to play in the past few months so I am unfortunately (very) rusty...
And, as a good brazilian, I really enjoy a good party (:

Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be happy to share anything I know. I can tell you about my culture, language, and my opinions about the world, and would be extremely happy to learn yours. If you want to practise English, German or Portuguese I'd be very happy to help you with that!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Talking about anything, and perhaps we could cook together!
