I live in Mauritius which is a small island in the Indian Ocean. Crystal water, white sandy beaches a real paradise...we call it the rock. I was born here and grew up in the sugarcane fields with 9 dogs in our huge garden. When I was 2, my parents moved to South Africa to live and we stayed 10 years. I came back to the rock as a teenager from the city of Johannesburg. The adaptation was really hard at first but I soon melted in the island lifestyle .... I guess it never left me.
I did my schooling in Mauritius and Uni in Australia. I loved Aussie...too many words to describe this wonderful country.
I came back to the rock after my studies and started my career in sales and marketing. I often thought about living abroad to live and work like my parents did when they were 25 yrs old but leaving my family and friends seemed too hard.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I will be traveling solo, so I find the couch surfing a good way to meet people and make friends and to be safe.....well I hope so as I have never couch surfed before.
My next trip will be in May 2017
