Hey there! My name is Isabelle from the Netherlands, living in Australia since 5 years! I’m about to go on a roadtrip from Durban to Cape Town, with AFRIKA burn as a finisher!

I've chosen to live a lifestyle of many travels and seeking for adventures. I don't want to live the same year 75 times and call it life! In between traveling I'm a primary teacher which I love to do. One of my beliefs is that every person has something to inspire me, what contributes to developing a better version of myself every time. I'd like to hear all kinds of stories and I can share mine. In my point of view, the world is too beautiful and too big to stick at one certain place. :) I see the world through non-judgemental and optimistic eyes!

Hiking the Misti Vulcano Peru, where we were ascending from 2800m to 5800m (didn't make it to the top because the altitude sickness hit me but hey!). Halfway there, sleeping in a tent freezing our ass off, and realizing while stargazing, we were literally the only one on that big ass vulcano.

I can teach a bit of cooking, some piano, Dutch slang, teaching in general, snowboarding and diving. I’d love to learn some more South African, which is quite similar to my mother tongue (Dutch).

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I love to cook, especially my famous indian curry with home made naan :)! Or any other dish. What about a beer, wine or coffee and say 'proost'? Perhaps we can go on a hike together!
