我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've had couchsurfing for a few years now and I've always loved the concept of it but I've never actually tried it for myself. I think it's about time I actually gave it a try!

兴趣

One of my passions, as I think we all share on couchsurfing is travelling. A real hunger developed for travel when I went on my first girls holiday to Italy and this hunger grows with every new place I visit. I also enjoy documenting my travels through vlogging my experiences which I then put on my youtube channel.

I enjoy singing and I practically sing everywhere I go and I enjoy the sport of dodgeball. I played it at university and I've found a dodgeball club here in China which is the highlight of my week!

I also enjoy teaching and working with kids and currently work as an English Teacher in Shanghai, China

Favorite Music: Alicia Keys, Tom Odell, Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley, She will be loved by Maroon 5, Another Love by Tom Odell

Favorite Movies: Titanic (typical, I know), There are so many wonderful movies out there, it's hard to decide on just one. Currently though I'm loving the new disney movie Coco.

Favorite Books: Generally I'm not a big reader these days and I really want to get back into reading. For now, I'm going to see Noughts and Crosses and Hunger Games

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

This is a hard one too. I'm going to go when when I worked in a summer camp in California when I was 19. It was amazing from me because it was just such a different life from what I knew back home in England. I hardly used my phone, I was outside teaching, hiking and having fun with the kids most of the time and I slept in a wooden cabin with very little means. This was an amazing experience to me!

I can teach you some English as I am an English teacher. I like to sing so perhaps I can share some skills with you there. I can share my experiences so far in life and I'm wholly open to hearing your experiences and sharing things together.

Again, I can share my stories and adventures so far in life and on my travels. I've lived in the UK, Spain, Ghana and now currently China so I can fill you in on some knowledge about those places if you'e interested. I'm also quite creative and like singing, photography and videography that's also an area I could share with you. I studied psychology at university so if psychology interests you I could also share some of this knowledge.
