Hi! My name is Ishita and I am from India. I lived for over two years also, in Switzerland. I am partially based in Kolkata (I say "partially" because I keep travelling on account of work and would like to soon live as a digital nomad). I am an international lawyer who supports communities harmed by big development projects. I'm a huge foodie, lover of good movies and long walks, and I love travelling. I am super excited to meet new people and I'm specifically looking to pick up some of the languages on the way.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I just learned about couchsurfing, watching videos of Youtubers! I want to travel but not simply in a fleeting way. I want to speak to people along the way, forge connections, pick up (if not learn) bits and pieces of local languages, and culture, and eat loads of good food with good company!
