I am from Istanbul Turkey.. in 2009 I moved to Michigan for PhD and then in 2015 I moved to Oregon for job.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think every person is a different world. I would like to meet people and make new friends. Mostly what I am looking for is autenticity, and sincerity. I would love to cook a meal together or have soul filling conversations over coffee or simply be light and laugh together.

Interests

Yoga, photography, audio world. I am always chasing a new project all the time. On my weekends, I am usually doing something on a project I assigned myself to. Lately I am interested in radio and podcasting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo trip to Japan was a breathtaking trip I made so many amazing connections to which I keep in contact to this day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach engineering, recently thought an online class on LinkedIn. I also used to teach yoga, hot vinyasa yoga.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A couch in the living room :) Apartment is right on subway line (max) and takes 20-25 min to downtown Portland.
