Hi, my name is Isis, I was name like that after the egipcian goddesse since my parents love the egipcian culture. In may of this year I will be 21 years old, I was born in Monterrey, Mexico, but now I am living in France, just for a few time because I am doing an academic exchange, actually I am returning to Mexico in july, so I really want to take advantage of my few resting days . I have always loved the idea of traveling, but I just started to do it regularly since I came to France, I just love meeting new people, new places and new cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard Couchsurfing is a good way to meet new people and to travel by saving a little money. But the mainly reason I am here is to exchange differents ways of thinking and stories. I really think the best and the most properly way to know a new place it's by knowing it by its own people, I think couchsurfing is encourage that idea.

My range in preferences is actually very wide, I love any type of music, and any kind of movies. I don't read a lot of books, mostly I read things related to engineering. But returning tu music and movies, I Don't think I could tell you my favorite songs or movies because I don't have an accurate list. But I really love pop, latina, electronic music, as for movies I love comedies, romances, thriller almost anything.
