My name is Isi Veck and I am 20 years old.

I have began to see the world through various experiences, beginning with teaching English as a foreign language which I did at home and in Thailand using my TEFL qualification. I have also volunteered for 3 months in Tamale, Ghana whereby I worked alongside a women empowerment project. Both of these I have felt very passionate about but my most recent priority is to understand and preserve the environment and world around us.
I am studying international development with a large focus on the environment and our changing world through a degree with Open Univeristy. Ideally, I would like to learn about sustainable living and living off the land through using this website but most of all meet lots of new people and see any new place that will have me.

I love nothing more than music with a special place in my heart for reggea, and am always looking for new music to listen to; being open to anything that makes me feel a particular way.

Spend my time (when I can find some) to draw, paint and write; mostly poetry. I would love to share these hobbies with someone else!

I have 3 years experience in an italian restaurant and have a basic understanding of italian, hoping to learn more! I can therefore help out with customer service based projects / business' and will help where and when I can during my stay.

I hope to be able to help out where and when I can, with the aim to share my experiences that I have already enjoyed and to create new ones with the people I meet. I am eager to learn anything new and hope that I can pass on something I've learnt too. I'm not the best cook in the world but would love to help out in order to learn more about foods, especially through new cultures and languages.
