My name is Emma, I'm 21 years old and I am about to intern in Singapore for 6 months to finish my masters. I previously lived in Vietnam for some time and studied in Taiwan for a year (which is now my favorite country). I am a bubbly and easygoing person who loves travelling, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures so I'd be glad to meet some of you guys and exchange a lot!
I can speak English & Chinese fluently as well as my native language, French ; and also some Japanese / Vietnamese / German, would love to learn more!

I enjoy most kinds of music, especially Taiwanese pop/hiphop/rap, K-indie, J-rock, and international pop/rock/indie artists! I am definitely a big fan of Taiwanese music and indie scene and would love to exchange with other people on that.
My favorite books definitely include 1984 by Orwell and Norwegian Wood by Murakami, as well as La Mécanique du Coeur by Malzieu. I also enjoy reading manga.
Concerning my favorite movies, I'm also very open but I recently liked The Handmaiden and Your Name.

Hike Mt. Qilai Mountain in Taiwan (approx. 3500m), going through Mt. Kaluolou which is hours of hiking (climbing?) on the peak of the mountain. Was the scariest yet most fulfilling experience ever :)
