Hi:)
I am iska. I moved from Israel to Lithuania for a number of years. So now I live in Kaunas, Lithuania.
I graduated high school, did national service with an at-risk teenagers and then started a nursing degree.
Today I work in the oncology department with kids, and Im very happy with her work.
At leisure, I volunteer with disabled CP, accompany boys in a field trip and once a week go to an old Holocaust survivor to relieve her loneliness.
I love to travel around the country and around the world, read books, help people and get to know new cultures

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I did a trek in Israel called the "Israel Trail". It is a trek that crosses the entire state of Israel from south to north.
What is special about the trek in Israel are "trail angels". These are people who open their homes to travelers, provide food, drink, hot showers and a place to sleep for free just to do good ..
After this trip I realized the importance of these people and how much it gives the host and I decided to be a part of this great and amazing thing in this country and in the world.
I have hosted many good people, I have heard fascinating stories and have always been happy to give tips and assistance on how to proceed:)
