Hi I am Ismael, I am a graphic Designer.

First, I am super social when I travel abroad. I talk with everyone next to on the bus stop, Forrest Gump style. I chat with vendors. I chat with people while waiting for a train. Basically I chat.

I like films and music. And I like going to cinema but above all the Opera. I listen to Opera singers since I was a small kid.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet people. It seems a fun way to know the real customs of a person living in the country.

Interests

I love as I said Opera and Ballet. But also movies and orchestras, I like to read, is hard for me to find time to do it nowadays but... I have also like to row. I used to be in be in tournaments and I won a couple of times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled from Montevideo to Bolivia by bus 3000 kms in a straight trip. I meet a lot of interesting people there that I have contact with and it has passed 3 years now.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am honest. But that cant be taught. I like to learn from others whatever I can that is why I speak with people so much. I have to share my experience and have a fun time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can be very handy at fixing small repairs. I think that is a fair way of being thankful to whom might host me.
