About Me

Solo female traveller currently floating around Europe without much of a plan. Taking the adventure as it comes!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great medium for travellers who share a sense of adventure and understand how by providing a safe place to stay can really help. It is also a great way to connect likeminded people to share their experiences and stories. As someone who loves meeting people from all over the world its an awesome way to make new friends and learn about a city from someone who lives there.

Interests

Interests include travelling, architecture, sustainable design, the environment, photography, art, design, music, movies, reading, hiking, surfing and basically anything to do with the ocean.

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE so many types of music ranging from: psychedelic indie rock, garage rock, Lo-fi, new wave, shoe gaze to disco, funk, EDM and techno.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm lucky enough to have had so many amazing experiences in the travelling that I've done so far so here is one amazing/crazy experience I've had:
When our car broke down in San Diego and a Spanish couple pulled in with a van for sale we thought what great timing! So two friends, a dog and I built beds and moved into our home on wheels for about 4 months while we travelled up and down California doing odd jobs here and there. Most of the time we had very little money but you surprise yourself on what little you can live off :)

Recently I completed the Theth to Valbona hike in Albania which was a challenge but I absolutely loved and would recommend to everyone!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Travel tales, a couple of beers, yummy vegetarian meals and good conversation!
I love to give back to my hosts by cooking meals but am always happy to clean, help out with a project or anything you need :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, China, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Mexico, Montenegro, New Zealand, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States
