ABOUT ME

I am currently a student at Durham University, in the North East of England! I study English, although seem to spend most of my time doing anything but my degree. I love writing and am generally fascinated in the world. I speak some Spanish and spent last summer in Costa Rica volunteering and travelling. This summer I hope to do Morocco and Thailand/Malaysia. I'm pretty chilled out and like cooking!

As I plan to travel the world in the near future I hope to meet lots of cool people, find out lots of things about other cultures, and share everything I can about mine. I want to be a travel journalist and I suppose I see getting to know local people as the best way of really understanding a place!
