Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just returned home to Melbourne, Australia after spending two months travelling around the USA and Canada with friends. We were abroad from May till July 2007. Till the trip I hadn't participated in the couchsurfing project, but we decided to give it a shot and found it to be a highlight of our travels, it really is a fantastic project and I recomend it to anyone. Now that we're back we want to return the favour and play our part by hosting people, just as so many people did for us whilst travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our last three weeks in the USA were spent couchsurfing and if there is one regret we had, it was that we hadn't done it sooner! We met some truly incredible people and many a time the highlight of the places we visited were the people we stayed with and their company.
