I am here to serve as global citizen and make this idea of shared housing happen.
In my flat you will find :

Food in fridge all the time
Clean clothes
Bathroom essentials
Vinyl players
Xbox one (used it two times lol)
And a cute little dog - Dustin (now 2yrs old)

Probably you ask yourself now more about my dog but he is very calm and is sleeping mostly because we walk daily at least 10Km.

Worth to mention is my daily routine which looks like this:

08:00-08:15 /// Waking up, shower, breakfast.
In winter times we don't go out for a walk because its too cold.
09:00 // Start with my work and not allowing to be distracted easily. Sorry it's not that you are boring , but i am paid to think so will have to keep clean thoughts.
Of course it's not too strict with home Office, but it would be better for both if give some space during the day.

12:00 // Going out for a walk with dog and cooking later.

This is probably the funniest part, because i use my whole break from work to walk outside with my dog. Later when at home , i cook and work in the same time. You will notice me walking back and forthwith headset through two rooms :)))

18:00 // Done with work and going out for another walk.

19:30 /// Gym time, yeeeeeahh buddy . I use stopwatch during training and probably have the best ideas while training. We can go together there and you will meet my friends :)

21:30 - 22:00 // now at home and preparing me dinner + protein shake . After that i just lie some time at couch and then go to bed.

Weekend:

Saturday
I sleep longer , like until 10:00-10:30. After that going to run from Taucha to Leipzig (10km).
After i finish my run where Hauptbahnhof is final destination, then going back with public transport.

Sunday
Also sleep longer and as it is by German law - Ruhetag, and the same applies here as well. After such week , for Sunday feeling like just to rest or in my favorite caffe to read a book.
