Hey, everyone! My name is Ivan and I'm a typical Ukrainian student from Kyiv. So, if you've never met Ukrainian students, it's your chance 😅

Right now, I'аm studying for a Master's degree in International Communications, and working part-time as a PR and Communications Assistant in a PR agency. When talking about free time, it's filled with reading books (now, predominantly about Stoical philosophy), studying foreign languages (now, Polish), going to the gym and spending time with my hommies✌🏼

Also I have a dream to become a famous writer. Frankly speaking, I'm dedicated to set it as my life goal 🧐

And I also fond of traveling. The best way to "taste" any culture is through communication with its representatives. That's why I've chosen Couchsurging to help me with this aim!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never been that type of person to do anything spontaneously till some events occurred approximately six months ago and forced me to revise my life stance. I've discovered traveling and that it made me feel happy. I've visited a lot of places in Ukraine and also tried traveling abroad – to Poland 💛
And now the time has come – time to try traveling with Couchsurging! My friends assured me it had to be a great experience. I suppose it should be so since I consider that the true character of the city can be understood only through communication with its locals! Hope you share my point of view ✌🏼

1. Discovering the world around me with traveling. Frankly speaking, I have experience of traveling predominantly in my home country – Ukraine, but also want to "conquer" other sites of our mother planet.
