Hi! My name is Ivan. I’m originally from Ukraine and currently living in Norway. I’m someone who looks for depth in life and finds inspiration in simple things. I’m deeply interested in spiritual practices, Vedic culture, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and breathwork.

I try to live each day mindfully: I practice Japa meditation and yoga, drink Chinese tea, cook plant-based meals, and enjoy the silence of nature. I seek harmony between the body, the mind, and the world around me.

I love traveling, hiking, foraging mushrooms and herbs, discovering new things, and sharing experiences. Cooking is one of my passions—especially vegan food—and I’d be happy to cook something for you! I’m inspired by heart-to-heart conversations, sincere people, and everyday kindness.
