Hi everyone, my name is Ivan, and I'm from Belarus! This is my first travel, that I call "not staying", travel, in which, I decided, I’ll try to focus not only on tourism, but more on inner life of the city, in which I'll stay, try to understand, to feel, how it works, become a part of it, become a citizen for a few days, if it even possible, and, I hope, couchsurfing (and couchsurfers) will help me to make it real.

Music, Movies, and Books

BOOKS. I read a lot of things, but one of novelists, that I can pay attention, is Dostoevsky, he is my favorite.
MUSIC. Well, I'm just music lover, can listen different kind of it, depends on my mood. Usually it's indie, jazz, classics, etc., but if I'm excited, some hardcore themes suits great.
FILMS. I'm not watching movies a lot, but if I do, I watch arthouse things, such as Apocalypse now, Dead man, Full metal jacket, Mulholland drive, Melancholia, etc. Also, I like Lebowski very mutch, almost all things with Gosling("The Place Beyond the Pines" is my favorite!:)), "Twin Peaks", "True detective", and many others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In my opinion, one of the things, that I find amazing, is that I made up my mind to this trip :) Rome also wasn't built immediately.

Teach, Learn, Share

World is so huge and interesting, that's why I prefer and try talk and learn about almost everything, that surrounds me. That's why I'm interested in such disciplines, like philosophy, biology, physics, religion, politics, etc. Also, I'm interested in biomechanics and workout little bit, so,I think, I can explain something to you, if you get started, or just discuss something new.

What I Can Share with Hosts

It will be very exciting to just having time with you, just communicating! But also, as I said above, can discuss with you some interesting things, listen to you, to tell something new. Well, even just to hangout, cuz it's cool to do it with new friends.
OOHH, almost forgot, but I'm a real chef in some delicious post soviet pancakes, called "sirniki", which are made of cottage cheese, eggs and flour. So simple, but so tasty!
