Hi, my name is Ivana and I am coming from Croatia, more precisely Novalja. During my year most of the time I am running from home and when I am there I am trying to figure out where to go next.
I finished master in Philosophical and theological studies, and now doing my bachelor in Hotel Management (Tourism, economy). I have been living in Vienna, Prague, Limburg an der Lahn, Lisbon and Torun.
I think that i'm that kind of person who can talk about politics, about cars and about art, it's not always good to be unscrupulous but to me it mostly brings interesting adventures as well as interesting people to my life.
I'm a person who will jump all night on techno, walk around all night barefooted on the beach, have a drink (a lot of them) in an Irish pub listening to folk music or spending a whole night walking around the unknown town and discovering hidden gems. I am really open, friendly and tolerant, easy going and talkative. I speak English, German understand quite enough, and Italian I can try with both hands! My previous experience thought me that no one has their shit together - so kindness is language I always speak the best :).
Unfortunately during last 2 years I had no opportunity to travel as much as I wanted, and this is going to be my gap year. I hope to get more active on this site and meet new interesting people.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Traveling around Europe and meeting new people :), solo or with my friends, depends. Also, I am able to host people in Novalja (unfortunately I am not always around so there will be someone to do it instead of me) in my apartment until July and after September.
