I enjoy listening to the different genres and artist. Among my favorites are selections of world music from Putumayo, then Gotham Project, U2, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Peter Gabriel, SKAP, Jan Johansson, Blues Brothers, Muddy Waters, Harry Manx, Emily Loizeau...
From movies it is the Monthy Python's stuff, movies from Terry Giliam, and also Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Pulp Fiction, Les Lascars and many others. In my bookshelf there are titles like Blidness from José de Sousa Saramago, varios books from Paul Johnson etc.
