About Me
** I'll be travelling through Europe this coming summer and would love to stay with locals who embody the Couchsurfing spirit. I'm not looking for dates, just mates! **
Hey friends!
I'm a nomad, originally from New Zealand but currently mostly living in a van in Tasmania, Australia. I like to have a pretty minimalist lifestyle and am very eco/ethically-minded. I spend most of my time in the mountains but also love to travel and meet wonderful people.
As far as my personality goes, I'm very down to earth, open-minded and light-hearted. I enjoy a good chat and a good laugh with good people - life doesn't need to be any more complicated than that! :)
I've lived a pretty colourful life over the years (including 20 years working as a corsetiere) which I'll tell you all about if you're interested, but I currently work as a hiking guide in Tasmania! So if you need travel tips for Australia and New Zealand, I'm your gal!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would rather meet and stay with locals than just stay with other tourists! I want to learn about what life is like living somewhere and share in that experience! I'd love to host people but my van is quite small haha. I'm happy to provide travel tips though!
