About Me

Law student and digital marketer. Outside my occupation and student life, I'm a foodie and cook. Differences in culture and norms fascinate me. I have a light and bubbly personality. I can into visual and performing arts. I even have a background in martial arts as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Spending loads of time studying law and working online can be a bummer. Meeting new people from different backgrounds through this app could be an opportunity to expand my knowledge and connections.

Interests

I'm mostly interested in trying different cuisines , learning travel tips and cultural differences, sharing our favorite songs and shows, capturing special moments, and developing genuine friendships.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm obsessed with jazz, punk, pop, classical music. I read a lot of self-help books. The inner teenager in me is still by John Levithan, Jay Asher, John Green, and so much more. My all-time favorite movie is Selena because she inspires me a lot to go after my seemingly impossible dreams and practice my talents. I'm also addicted to TV series like HTGAWM, HIMYM, The Flash, and The Night Shift just to name a few.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably one of the amazing things I've done was when my college buddies and I booked a random trip to Hong Kong and Macao, without letting other people know. No tours and classy hotels. Just plain cowboy style adventures. It was definitely unforgettable.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy letting people try my favorite homemade dishes, as well as restaurant must-haves. I have a background in learning Chinese (Mandarin and Fukkien), Japanese, and Korean. While I forgot most of it already, I'm interested in having a refreshers course or even learning other languages too. I also want to share my favorite activities for days when you might just want to chill or for other days when you want some crazy adventures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can definitely share my love for good and culture. I'm kind of a hippie in sense that I'm highly spiritual and connected with my higher being, and I'd love to possibly inspire them with that. I'd also proudly share what our city and culture has to offer.

Countries I’ve Visited

Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand
