I enjoy traveling! My last big trip was to Lao with some friends. If there is one thing I've learned about traveling it's that a schedule is your worst enemy. Every trip teaches me to listen to chance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will gladly cook for you. I do best with vegan or veggie Thai food but lately I've been exploring with Indian. When I have time I love to brew beer, cider, and mead. I'm also one of those burning man people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not really excited about TV or movies. When I work or live my day to day life I prefer the sounds of people and conversation over music but when it's time for some sound to take me over I like anything that grabs your feet and won't let go.

Books are about the same story. If it takes hold of your mind and forces you to read it through I'll be it's willing play-thing. That leaves a pretty wide range of styles, authors, and subjects but they are always engaging.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ankor Wat. Arches park in Utah. .. It's really a very long list but highly varied. Just ask me in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know computers. I am mechanical. I love science fiction, installation art, Black Rock City, and almost anything with a strong pulse. I will gladly discuss what I know of cooking, brewing, nature, people, places, and anything else.

I'm studying geology in at UCSC. I will gladly talk geology.
