I just graduated from the University of Arizona with my MPH! Bear down! (Super silly chant that we have, if I stay with you I can explain the ridiculousness, if you wish :] )

I was in the Peace Corps pre-grad school. My host country was Peru and lived in the Andes Mountains (Huaraz, Ancash).

I am heading back to the East Coast with my darling pup, Hazel. She's a Shar Pei and Shepard mix, with so much attitude.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love sharing experiences with others and finding what connects us together - couchsurfing seems like the perfect way to do both!

Additionally, I need to get from Tucson, AZ to Tampa FL and would appreciate any help getting us across the country. :)

Interests

Played tennis in high school and have always had a wandering soul (hence my global health degree). I like to dance all the moves, but especially latin-based dances, salsa/bachata/cumbia/etc (and some nice southern jigs).
