if you haven't figured out by now, i love to laugh. joke. and most anything that those can entail.
breath ahs changed my life, helped me in all things i do (and don't do).
cleanliness...
music, play, listen, festivals, dancing, etc... health, from exercise, yoga, biking, hiking, and more...
cooking and baking from scratch.... lean toward the "natural, organic" ends, but local is still more powerful. (to me)
hands in the dirt, greenthumb, farming and nature are high on the list of loves...
but, ask me anything, i'm open.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

well, not only to spread good vibes, but to learn and grow and show others ideas and things to help them grow too. and when i settle down again, and have space for others, my place will be open for goodtimes, food, games and one of them lovely features in life, a place to sleep.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

havn't used this site, but through-out my travels in life, i've had many home-stays in other countries. all of them wonderful. not enough space to write how great they were. :)

5 - "she comes first"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

everything, all life is amazing...
but, japan, maui, germany, ireland, moab (utah), yuba river (nevada county), and many backpacking adventures in the mountains are on the top of the list. for details, just ask....
