About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm on a pilgrimage to a place that does not exist, to understand what cannot be understood.

PHILOSOPHY

"(37) Ah, fill the Cup:- what boots it to repeat
How Time is slipping underneath of Feet:
Unborn Tomorrow, and dead YESTERDAY
Why fret about them if Today be sweet!

(38) One Moment in Annihilation's Waste,
One Moment, of the Well of Life to taste-
The Stars are setting and the Caravan
Starts for the Dawn of Nothing- Oh, make haste!"

-Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam

Interests

Lots and lots and lots of music, people who love to be creative or are inspired to be creative, places in nature I've never been, long walks, books of all sorts, crazy inventions, unique people

Music, Movies, and Books

I just accidentally deleted all my music interests. It's alright, it recently is going through a dramatic change anyways. I'll put it back up soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Playing in Giant Stadium was fun, but I love performing for a small crowd at home best.

Teach, Learn, Share

Things I can teach: Most anything about percussion, and some about general music. I like to think I have a way with the written word and bringing out the best in people's creativity. I can throw a mean bowl on the wheel but I'm far from a pro at it.

Things I would like to learn/am learning: Everything about nature. Names and their place in the cirlce of life. Glass blowing sounds interesting. Any kind of martial art, especially Capoeira (had a few lessons). I want to be a better writer and storyteller. Math can be fun, especially geometry and physics. In fact if it's creative or can be applied to everyday life, I want to learn it all.

Countries I’ve Visited
