One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once completed a 10-day silent meditation retreat deep in the forest. I arrived restless, distracted, and full of resistance—and left in awe of the quiet power within. It changed how I listen to the world.

I can teach you about Tantra (beyond the clichés), meditation, sacred touch, emotional intelligence, and how to breathe deeper than you thought possible. I love learning about other cultures, languages, and spiritual practices. I’m always down to share rituals, music, breathwork, or a great conversation about life, love, and the universe.

If you’re open to it, I often share grounding practices, guided meditations, or somatic tools for decompressing on the road. Or we can just sip tea and watch the stars.
