Mostly on the road as a musician, sometimes as a festival booker, but always for a good time.

I studied Jazz for 2 years, but then I quit to follow my own way. Now I'm a part time festival booker, working at a music agency from time to time, but always a full time musician.

I had the privilige to play in many countries with my bands, but now I'm starting to do my own stuff, so less band, less hotel, more flexibility, more couchsurfing. :)

We used couchsurfing for a busking tour with my band twice and only made great experiences.
so i started my own account back then, but with my band we always use another account. so that's why I'm missing references! :)

兴趣

As said above, my life is music, a small part music business (you can't get around that trying to survice as a freelance musician) and a big part playing, practicing and recording music with all kinds of bands, choirs and orchestras.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Playing a spontanoues concert with my band at a gallery of a host was probably the nicest one.
She invited all of her friends and we played music, drank wine and talked about music, travelling and life in general.

A broad knowledge of bands and musicians. ;)
But also fundamental knowledge of music theory. just kidding, I can tell you how it feels to play one of the biggest shows of your life accidentally drunk.
Or how I toured South Africa with a gospel choir.
Or how I fucked up a gig with a classical orchestra in front of 400 people.
Or a story of a musician, whose father commited suicide 2 months ago and he's trying to live on his life and is actually succeeding. Mostly.

So I can share mainly stories, but also maybe some music business advice for aspiring musicians (Let me tell you upfront: It won't be easy!).
