ABOUT ME

I'd say I have a confidant, open minded, bubbly personality, always looking for adventure and making the absolute most out of life. I'm a Hairdresser by trade and left to travel 12 years ago. The last 6 years I have been working as a cook/deckhand on sailing yachts.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had fellow travelers stay whenever possible and plan to invite coachsurfers to stay the moment I settle down long enough to do so.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined a friend coachsurfing through Canada for a while. Then on my own in Australia, it was awesome. Such a good way of meeting like minded people and getting a true feeling of the area.

Interests

My biggest passion is travel, or you may call it an addiction. Since being able to combine work with travel on the boats I have sailed and dived in many wonderful places all over the world. I love all sorts of sports including: horse riding, yoga, hiking, pool and many more. I've tried my hand at kite surfing and surfing which have been fun and would love to do more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 4 months in Nepal trekking, 22 days Annapurna and 15 days Everest base camp, then lived/ worked in a village for 3 weeks. The most beautiful people I've ever met.
I've sailed across the Atlantic twice and the Pacific once, just incredible.

I'd love to learn to play the guitar and speak Spanish better.
