ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty laid back guy who loves to laugh. I'm a very curious person, and I enjoy new things more than most. I'm addicted to listening to music, although I can't play a single instrument. When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me with a drink in my hand enjoying life with my friends. I like drinking period. I like people; I suppose you could say I'm a people person. I get along with almost everyone I meet, and I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life; especially people different than me. I also like rope swings, good discussions, and dogs.

PHILOSOPHY

"You either get busy livin', or get busy dyin'" is a quote from my favorite movie that damn near sums up my philosophy. I want to spend my short time on earth living my life with little regrets, while contributing my skills to helping others than myself. You only get one ride, so i want to try my best at making sure it's a good one

Also that being humble and simply caring can change the world. Acting accordingly might not effect everyone, but it'll definitely effect youself... It's amazing what can happen when you take some time to care for someone else...

I've only surfed and traveled with other CSers, but when i get bak home u can bet your britches i'll be hosting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Man o man. Couch Surfing is one of the greatest networks connecting people i've ever encountered. Meeting CSers has added so much to my travels, i can't imagine going back to the places i've surfed and having a better time... that is, unless i'm surfing :0) I've made so many friends and so many memories, all due to Couch Surfing. It's BRILLIANT!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

1. Drove to all 50 states (excluding Hawaii of course)
2. Hosted an exchange student EVERY year since 1985 (I was 1!)
3. Graduated college (finally)
4. **PENDING** An amazing trip to Europe in 2008

I've determined, in my 22 yrs. of limited experience on this Earth, that the universe has a way of "working" everything out to a point... And although sometimes things seem bad, it's good to keep in mind that perspective too is relative.
