I am who I am, because of who we all are.
I've been working at a nonprofit social services agency for the past 3 years. I have to say that this is the first work place I've ever been where friendships among colleagues grow so naturally and beautifully. This is what I appreciate and cherish the most, especially recently.
My personal philosophy happens to be the philosophy of my profession -caring and sharing.
---------The above part was completed when I first joined CS... 10 years later I remain the same.... been less active in the recent years on CS due to school, work... life. Been traveling within the US, but mostly work-related, or traveling with partner staying in hotels. But I'm traveling by myself to SF in 10 days to see a friend (reunion after 16 years~so excited!!) who's quite busy the first half of my stay... so I thought about doing couchsurfing for few nights and meet up some great locals~
Had awesome experience with my host family in SF, and was happy to see them again in NY... :) as well as hosting their cousin for one night... and that's how CS stories get built and life experiences deepen.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

yeah~~~~I finally have my very 1st CS experience:
Ian's place in Anchorage. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! :)
My friend and I went to Alaska for 9 days...it was the last 2 days of our trip...initially we didn't want to bother anyone for only one night, but at the same time we really wanted to experience CS...so I thought...what the hell...it's now or never. :) I wanna thank Ian for taking us in and encouraging us to efficiently enjoy the winter outdoor fun in 2 days... I also wanna thank many CSers who spent their time and helped me in making my dream trip come true...
And hosted/met a few cool CS souls since then...
