I think that it was when I trekked all the way up to Buscalan Village in Kalinga, Mountain Province here in PH (I thought I was gonna die there. One misstep and you fall to your death) to get a "batok" (traditional tattoo originally given to Kalinga warriors; 3x more painful than machine-made ones, I swear!)
